These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the KYVANTA online store, website, products, and services (“Services”).

1. ABOUT KYVANTA

KYVANTA is an online store offering activewear, fitness equipment, and related products.

Our online store is operated through Shopify, which provides the technical platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

Purchases made through the online store are entered into directly between the customer and KYVANTA.

4. ORDERS

When you place an order, you submit a request to purchase the products in your shopping cart.

An order is considered accepted when KYVANTA has confirmed the order.

is owned by KYVANTA or our partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The content may not be copied, distributed, published, modified, or used commercially without written permission from KYVANTA, unless otherwise permitted by law.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our online store may contain features, services, or links provided by third parties.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third parties that are outside our control.

If you choose to visit third-party websites through links on KYVANTA, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
